DG Associates adds 2 new theatres to Battlecards: World Conflict. Russian Front and Pacific Theatre released at Origins.

Having moved the first annual National Championship Tournament to Origins this year, DG Associates released to the public their long awaited Pacific Theatre and Russian Front versions of their up and coming WWII card gaming system. The response to the new games were electric, keeping the demonstration tables full nearly around the clock. As for the tournament, Stan Sord (an unranked player that reps for ACD) took the championship with 3 straight wins as the allies. Among his victims was Matthew Mason who was ranked 6th nationally. He won as the British, US, and Russian players respectively in his 3 rounds, scoring 2 invasion wins for a total of 8 Tournament Points and over 100 victory points. Placing second was Monte Gray who also won 3 games (2 as the axis, and 1 as the allies), but failed to invade in any round.

The new tournament season is starting on July 15th, so if you are interested in running sanctioned tournaments, contact jonathan@dgagames.com for a free tournament pack. Of course, if you have no idea what Battlecards: World Conflict is, you can find out at the DG Associates website at:
