Q: Does the US player get an initiative chit in the Battle
Scenarios?

A: No.

Q: Can players move troops through Indian boxes freely?

A: Yes, the boxes just show where Indians may be recruited. 
Q: Can militia be placed in Massachusetts Bay or the Hampton
Grants?

A: No.

Q: If moving US troops retreat in the face of released Brit.
reserves, does this end their movement?

A: Yes.

Q: Reserves can be released before a moving stack enters an area:
can they also be released after a stack enters an area or when it
has finished a move? Also, can reserves move if the opponent
activates no leaders of his own?

A: Yes, in all cases.

Q: In the rules it says forts add one to defending unit's combat
strength; TEC says two is subtracted from the attacker. Which is
correct?

A: RULES ARE RIGHT, TEC IS WRONG.

Q: Can leaders redistribute their combat rating points at the
beginning of each round?

A: No.

Q: When and how do leaders retreat from combat?

A: Leaders must stack with one friendly unit they are "helpin~" in
the battle. When the unit retreats, the reader retreats with it.

Q: One US leader (Sullivan) has a "-" where his offensive rating
should be. Is this significant?

A: No, treat as a "0".

Q: Can a leader be activated more than once during an
Activation Phase?

A: No

Q: Can a leader move by sea transport, and, also. does he count
against the transport capacity die roll?

A: Yes to both.

Q: Can units that move by sea transport also be activated in the
same player turn?

A: Yes
