En Pointe Toujours II rules question. Posted in the EPT folder as well. 

I have finally gotten around to reading the rules on this one and so I
will probably have a few questions as I try a run-through. 

My first deals with pre-registered artillery missions. The rules mention
that they are subject to the normal roll for delay, no problem. But are
they subject to scatter and if yes with what modification if the
observer is off-map(+3?)?

Answer for EPT3 : the pre-registered fire, you don`t use the +3 and don`t 
need to observe.
