Q. Where is Statesman #13?

A. Remove the brackets from Senator 13; there is no Statesman 13. Also
remove the asterisks from the chart on Page 23 of the rule book after
Claudius and Flaminus - neither give rise to Statesmen. 

Q. Regarding Rule 10.72, is the Unrest Level really increased each turn?

A. Yes, however - on 5th line of 10.72 change "at the end of every
combat Phase" to "at the start of every Population Phase".
