Answers to T&F Questions

1)According to the errata supply points may be transferred from the pool
to HQs the pool is connected to. When is a HQ connected to a pool? If it
is within 5 hexes of a road/railway/city? 

Answer: The HQ needs to maintain a supply line. 

2)Can supply points in the pool be used to supply units or have you to
use the supply already placed on the map?

Answer: Both can be done. 

3)Can supply points be moved along rails and roads or to HQs in supply
during the movement phase? 

Answer: YES, but there is no need to do so manually. As long as you can
draw a supply line you can expend supply, material or RPs in every hex
that can be reached by your supply system (source, railroad, road 5
hexes). The area covered that way IS the pool. Any areas that have no
land connection to it need to open a different pool. 

4)In the "November 1940" scenario the allies begin with a railhead in
Matruh. Why? There is already a railway on the map in that hex. 

Answer: In Nov. 1940 the rail ends here. Your engineers can construct
additional connected rail hexes, whenever that happens that railhead is
moved forward.
