House Rules

Barbarian Leaders in their own lands cannot be caught when alone 
in a hex. Instead, they are retreated 1 hex if an enemy unit enters. 
They are still eliminated when alone after combat.

No stratagems are lost as a result of battle.

Roman Recruit Legions can only be recruited in Italy, in a Roman 
city, or a Roman colony.
