This scenario also was by Phil Kosnett and posted in Moves #27 for the
old Nato game. Updated & changed to fit the new G-Sof-G 

Soviets holds everything East of the Rhine river except Arnhem. In the
Netherlands this line is from the North Sea 2001/2002-1404/1405 &
1405-1209/1210. 

Game is 10 turns long 

Victory-Soviets Must capture 6 city hexes without losing any already
captured.And keep division losses under 20. Nato wins by capturing 5
city hexes and not losing any held at beginning.
