Use all the cards except those listed 'no' (remove from both decks).
(Use section 18.0 from 4LB.)

1. Road Column (1) - no

8. Thunderstorm (2) - if you use it, you ignore the weather printed on
the TRC

9. General Retreat (1) - you might want to think twice before using it 

13. Second Day of Battle (2) - no

23. Cancel One Enemy Formation (2) - no

24. Commander Enters the Map (2) - no

27. Delay-March Confusion (4) - no

29. Alternate Reinforcements (4) - no
