NORMANDY by SPI A variant scenario by Paul A Breslin. August 2002 These lists attempt to model the historical deployment and reinforcement schedule more closely than that in the published game. First time I have done a bit of casual research behind a game...few histories, web checks etc but the main source for these lists was SPIs own extended Cobra, kinda used it as a cross check of the older title. Normandy is a fun D-Day game that is worth checking out, I have put a review on Web grognards as a taster. Even this minimal bit of digging around though brought out some discrepancies with unit deployments, unit designations and even that the River Merderet had been completely omitted from around Saint Laurent.
