Notes: 

Units are listed by entry turn (or entry hex in case of the Turks, or
turns after US entry in case of the US) or setup code. Units with
neither have neither and set up anywhere in their home countries when
they enter the game, or are special units which enter
idiosyncratically (e.g. German AT regiments, Russian PG
units). Parenthesized letters indicate circled setup codes.  (Counter
errata has been taken into account.)

"Nx" indicates N pieces of that type exist. Base unit codes are "AM"
or "ADM", for attack/defense-movement or attack-defense-movement
units.  Two-sided units have their sides separated by a slash. An
asterisk (*) indicates a unit may not be rebuilt on that side (or at
all, if it is one-sided). Additional codes:

MTN = Mountain
AK = Alpenkorps
