Description:

Berthier software manages wargames campaigns for miniatures. Berthier is a generic campaign engine that is suitable for historical, naval or fantasy wargaming in most periods. Berthier allows two campaigners, without an umpire, to run simple strategic campaigns leading to tabletop battles. Alternatively umpires can use Berthier to run two sided campaigns. It is also suitable for solo play. Berthier is a small stand-alone MS Windows program which works "straight out of the box" with no installation necessary.

Berthier Campaign Manager v9.9 (Free Software)

Updated version 9.9 of Tony De Lyall's "Berthier Campaign Manager" software, a Windows program that manages war game campaigns for miniatures. This a big change to the way Berthier looks. Maps now can display textures to designate different types of terrain instead of just plain flat colours. See the attached screenshots for examples of how terrain can look. You can create new textures and delete textures. See the file "Creating Berthier Terrain Textures Files.pdf" in the Berthier package for more details. The update involved quite a bit of coding changes in Berthier so just to be safe I’d advise you BACKUP YOUR CURRENT BERTHIER INSTALLATION before installing the new version...
